I want to ask you: when was the last time you simply stood still and watched your surroundings?

A few years ago, while running Tjejmilen in Sälen in Sweden, I experienced a moment of profound realization: my life had been consumed by a relentless race towards goals and success, often at the cost of my well-being. Mid-race, I chose to pause, to truly observe the world around me, and to appreciate the nature. It was in this stillness that I found clarity—a reminder of the importance of presence in a life driven by achievement. This moment inspired my artistic focus, symbolized through The Frame, which invites viewers to step out of the race, to stop and reflect on the beauty of their surroundings—whether in nature, the urban landscape, or their own lives. It offers a space for contemplation, urging us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the world.
